About Us

This is the homepage for the Center for Bioengineering Statistics (BESTA) at Georgia
Tech. The Center's aim is to promote advanced statistical methodology in
research and data analysis. We also provide internal
consulting in all aspects
involving planning statistical experiments and statistical modeling with
emphasis on bioengineering and health data. BESTA is part of the Department of
Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Tech and Emory University and is directed by
Dr. Brani Vidakovic. We are officially affiliated with the Translational Research
Institute for Biomedical Engineering & Science (TRIBES), and are part of the
Atlanta Pediatric Device Consortium.
